Digital Products
Digital Products, including but not limited to E-Books and Audiobooks are not refundable. All sales are final.Â
If you can't access your E-Book or Audiobook, send an email to:Â help@bookfunnel.com. Be sure to include your order number, your name and the email address associated with your purchase. This helps my team find you in the system faster.
Physical Products
Physical Products, including but not limited to Signed Paperbacks, are not eligible for return. Since these items are customized for readers, there's no way to return them.
However, if your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact me at kat@katbaxterauthor.com.
